Women in Data is a nonprofit organization on a mission to support women in thriving and advancing throughout their data careers. Representation and community matter, especially in growing in-demand careers across the data and tech industries. We also know increasing diversity in the workplace must go beyond the hiring process. We need to support women in thriving and advancing throughout their careers.

This month, we are honored to host Rodi Tountcheva (ATL WiD Chapter Lead) and Melissa Ngamini (ATL WiD Chapter Community Coordinator) to give us some background on Women in Data. In the second half of the session, Jennifer Owens, Rachel Provost, Amanda Miller, Lucille Paccione will participate in a panel discussion about their own experiences as women in data.
